和聯實業成立於1996年8月從事IC專業代工與買賣，有鑒於日本、德國綠色環保能源的普及，再反觀國內只有太陽能電池晶片市場，於是在2003年9月成立香港元輝股份有限公司，並於同年在東莞設立太陽能電池封裝廠，投入太陽能電池模組的開發與製造，目前除了已先進技術製造矽晶太陽能電池模組外，亦致力與上、下游供應商進行策略聯盟與合作，從事原物料收購，回收IC半導體，並在香港進行表面處理等多項業務，並與國內外多家知名太陽能晶片廠有良好的配合關係，以確保產品與技術上的優勢。
和聯引進全套矽晶體太陽能電池模組生產技術與設備，生產單晶系與多晶系各種規格尺寸之高效率太陽能電池模組，可依客戶的特殊需求做定向設計製造，以及為客戶提供快捷的OEM服務和完整的太陽能電池模組系統解決方案。
LINK TEC was founded in August,1996, specializes in purchase and sell of IC, as known to all, green environmental energy is very popular in Japanese and Germany. But in Taiwan there are only several solar energy cell chip companies. as the times require, In September.2003, Link-bright Ltd was founded in Hong Kong,in the same year the factory which encapsulates solar cells was established in DongGuan, Guang Dong Province, engaging in development and manufacture of solar cell module. Besides in making solar cell module by high-tech, we have established a good and long-term relationship with suppliers and buyers. We can provide the purchase of raw materials, reclaim of IC simi-conductor ,surface disposal in HongKong etc, in the last years Link Bright has been grown rapidly to build-up partnership with some notable solar energy chip companies in China and overseas to confirm the superiority of products and technology.
